CLASS SCHEDULE Show begins at 8:30am 1. Showmanship 14 - 17 (no whips allowed) 2. Showmanship 13 and under (no whips allowed) 3. Showmanship 18 and over (no whips allowed) 4. Open Halter - colt & Fillies 2 yrs and under 5. Open Halter - Mares 3 yrs and over 6. Arabian and Half Arabian Halter - colts & Fillies 2 yrs and under 7. Arabian and Half Arabian Halter - Mares 3 yrs and over 8. Open Halter - Geldings 3 years and over 9. Arabian and Half Arabian Halter - Geldings 3 yrs and over 10. Open Halter - Stallions 3 years and over 11. Arabian Halter -Stallions, 3 yrs and over 12. Most Classic Arabian--Purebred Arabians 2 yrs. and older. Two Awards only: to Most Classic and Most Classic Head. 13. Sport Horse in-hand--Open. Horses will be shown in hand at walk and trot, hunter style, on a triangle pattern. Horses 3 years and up must be shown in a hunt or Dressage-style snaffle bridle. Handlers may wear running shoes. 14. Arabian and Half-Arabian Liberty Class. Exhibitors must provide their own music on cassette tape or CD, 2 minutes maximum. Two handlers per horse allowed AND encouraged. Whips over 6' permitted. First place award only. ********* 15 minute minimum break. Performance classes will NOT begin prior to 10:00 am ************** 15. Stick Horse - 6 and under. Exhibitors must provide their own "mount." Awards to all exhibitors. Entry fee $2 16. Lead line class - riders 7 and under - English or Western. Awards to all exhibitors 17. Walk/Trot - 11 and under - English or Western. Riders may not cross-enter classes to lope 18. Saddle Seat Equitation - Open 19. Arabian and 1/2 Arabian English Pleasure, Saddle Type 20. English Pleasure Saddle Type - Open 21. Walk/Trot English Pleasure, all ages. Horses may not cross-enter classes to canter or lope. 22. English Pleasure - Green Horse - hunt or saddle type 23. Hunt Seat Equitation 17 and under 24. Hunt Seat Equitation 18 and over 25. Arabian and 1/2 Arabian Hunter Under Saddle 26. Hunt Seat - 17 and under 27. Hunt Seat - Open 28. Color Hunt Seat 29. Show Hack- Open. Hunter or Dressage tack. Walk, trot, canter in collected, working and extended gaits, plus hand gallop. ************** LUNCH BREAK - 1/2 Hour - Lunch Available **************** 30. Pleasure Driving - Open 31. Novelty Costume. Entries walk and trot both ways of the ring. Judged on manners and costume. No Arabian costumes. 32. Arabian and 1/2 Arabian Mounted Native Costume. Horses to Walk, Canter and Hand Gallop. 33. Matched Pairs - Entry fee $6 per pair. Walk, trot, and canter or lope. Riders may wear costumes or show attire. ********10 minute break to change tack ONLY IF REQUESTED by exhibitors in classes 34 through 37****** 34. Walk/Trot Western Pleasure, all ages. Horses may not cross-enter classes to canter or lope. 35. Western Equitation 17 and under 36. Western Equitation 18 and over 37. Arabian and 1/2 Arabian Western Pleasure 38. Western Pleasure - Green Horse 39. Color Western Pleasure 40. Western Pleasure - 17 and under 41. Western Pleasure - 18 to 39 42. Western Pleasure - 40 and over 43. Ride a $5 - $5 will be placed under the rider's leg, last rider with bill takes 80%. Bareback riders only, no chaps. 44. Reining - Beginner -- must ride two-handed with non-shanked snaffle bit 45. Reining - Open -- must ride one-handed with a shanked bit 46. Trail in hand-- Weanlings and Yearlings 47. Trail in hand Horses 2 and over - horses may not cross-enter any other trail class (may enter other riding classes) 48. Beginner Trail Walk/Trot - riders may not cross-enter any other trail class (may enter other riding classes) 49. Trail Class - 17 & under 50.
