The Tri-Arabian Horse Club, Inc., and its members shall not be responsible for any accident, injury, damage or theft that may occur to any person, animal or property on the show grounds. Pursuant to MCA 壯27-1-725 through -727, participants acknowledge the risks inherent in equine activities. Participants shall hold the organization, show management and volunteers, facility, and its owners, agents, directors and/or sponsors harmless and indemnify them from and against all demands, claims or suits. Each participant waives all claims against the Tri-Arabian Horse Club, Inc. and Rea's Quarter Horses. Presentation of the signed entry form shall be deemed acceptance of these terms.
